We are a multidisciplinary holistic team founded by a clinician and fitness enthusiast Bernadette Silva.
Our counseling services take a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. We believe each person is unique, and we work collaboratively to understand how emotional health, physical well-being, relationships, lifestyle, and personal values all connect.
Through a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, counseling focuses on helping individuals build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen resilience. Sessions may explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, stress levels, past experiences, and present challenges, while also incorporating mindfulness, self-care practices, and strengths-based strategies when appropriate.
Our goal is to support meaningful, lasting growth—empowering individuals to achieve balance, clarity, and emotional well-being while honoring their personal journey and inner strengths.
